Refunds
I do not offer refunds on any services. I put a lot of effort and time to provide the best services possible and will work to make sure that you love your hair based off of our consultation performed prior to beginning your services.
In the event that you are unsatisfied with your hair, you may reach out to the salon within 7 days after your appointment. I will provide options to tweak your results based off the original consultation.
Cancellations
I understand that life happens. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, I respectfully require 24 hour notice in advance. If less than a 24 hour notice is given, 50% of services booked for that appointment will be charged.

If you no-show an appointment, 50% of the service booked will be charged and you will not be allowed to reserve any future appointments with me.
Late
If you are running late to your appointment, please notify me and let me know that you are on your way. If you are 15+ minutes late, your services may need to be adjusted.
